Symptoms that can tell us if our dog or cat is suffering from liver problems are: vomiting, diarrhoea, loss of appetite, weight loss, increased thirst, blood in stools and urine or signs of weakness such as unsteady gait or confusion. Sometimes liver disease occurs as a result of ageing, sometimes as a genetic problem, sometimes as a result of infection, disease or medication. If these behaviours occur, we should see a veterinarian as soon as possible to determine the best course of action to take to deal with the problem.

Description VetPlus Lypex for Pancreatic Problems in Dogs and Cats

Many dogs and cats can suffer from exocrine pancreatic insufficiency and malabsorption syndromes, resulting in weight loss, polyphagia and excessive defecation. LYPEX® capsules contain granules with a unique gastroresistant shell that protects the pancreatic enzymes, ensuring that they reach the small intestine in high concentrations.

 

ADMINISTRATION

- In dogs and cats (less than 10 kg) 1 capsule per day.

- In dogs (over 10kg) 2 capsules per day.

 

The total daily amount should be administered in equal parts at meals. Dosages may vary if required by your veterinarian. The contents of the capsule should be sprinkled on the food. Do not administer whole capsules.

My German shepard was diagnosed with EPI a week before Christmas, sourced and ordered from this site, delivered before Christmas, very happy with product, dog showed big improvement within a couple of days, seemed to have gained some weight already and behaving normal again, very active dog, highly recommend this product for pancreatic insufficiency, tablets are hard to source & more expensive from vet so this site is a god send for my dog. Gone from 27kg feeding approx 1200g a day to 500 g a day and a weight gain. Perfect
